1 big pear
pineapples (if you pick the canned type, make sure it doesn't contain added sugar and wash it well)
low fat yoghurt
Wash and chop the fruits to small pieces. Put them in small bowls or onto a big plate, then pour the yoghurt, honey and pomegranate seeds on top of it. Serve it immediately, or put it in the fridge for a few hours and let the flavours merge.
Tip: To avoid fruits turning brown, sprinkle some fresh lemon-juice on them before the topping.
This lovely fruit salad has a wonderful vitamin and minerals and it's a fabulous dessert in the hot summer and even in cold winter. :)
