Trick #3 - Mint n Menthol

Mint and menthol:

Maybe it sounds weird a li'l bit, but mint has a great effect, when it comes to feeling hungry and meanwhile dieting. Both mint and menthol's taste can help you to soothe your hunger and even to cease it. Making them a *weapon* in your diet.

So when hunger strikes and you don't want to bomb your diet with extra calories, take a menthol flavoured chewing gum or mint candies or drink a big mug of peppermint tea - our advice is the peppermint green tea. :)
