Metabolism Booster Diet


Metabolism Booster Diet:


A very strict, yet extremely effective diet, that changes your metabolism to make it work on its maximum. 


The rules:



  • No fat
  • No sugar
  • Minimal fat and salt
  • Stick to the menu
  • Follow the diet for 14 days maximum


If you keep the rules, you can *drop off* 2-3kgs on the first week, or if you double the diet's length, then you can get rid of a whopping 6kgs in total!


Important: The diet can only last for a maximum

of 14 days, then you can go back to the *normal* eating habits. If you want to lose more than 18lbs, you can repeat the diet for another 7 or 14 days. The weightloss will be permanent for about 3-4 years. All meals must be made of fresh components and no pre-packed foods from stores at all.


Day 1.

Breakfast: 1 black coffee
Lunch: spinach dish with 2 boiled eggs
Dinner: 100g roasted beef with stewed celery and fresh green salad.

Day 2:

Breakfast: 1 black coffee (you can add milk this day) and 1 whole-wheat crescent roll
Lunch: 100g roasted beef with fresh green salad, plus 100g fruits of your choice (no dried or stewed fruits)
Dinner: Lean ham, as much as you wish. 

Day 3:

Breakfast: 1 black coffee (optionally with milk) and 1 whole-wheat crescent roll
Lunch: 1 boiled egg with fresh green salad and tomatoes.
Dinner: 100g lean ham with green salad

Day 4:

Breakfast: 1 black coffee and 1 whole-wheat crescent
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 150g low-fat cheese and carrots (that can be stewed or raw)
Dinner: low-fat yoghurt or kefir

Day 5:

Breakfast: 1 black coffee (optionally with milk) and grated carrot with lemon
Lunch: Cooked wish with tomatoes
Dinner: Roasted beef with green salad

Day 6:

Breakfast: 1 black coffee and 1 whole-wheat crescent
Lunch: grilled chicken with green salad (as many as you wish)
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with carrots

Day 7:

Breakfast: Tea with lemon (preferably a herbal tea)
Lunch: Roasted beef with pineapples
Dinner: Lean roasted meat of your choice with cucumber-salad
