Mushroom With Tuna


Another tasty and healthy recipe! :)

You'll need:
4-6 Champignon mushrooms (bigger ones)
100-120g tuna (you can pick canned tuna)
Salt and pepper to flavour
1 egg
50-80g Cheddar cheese

Wash and clean the mushrooms. Remove their stumps, chop them into tiny pieces, mix it with the tuna and add the egg. Put this mix in a blender, add the spices and then blend the mix nicely. Fill the mushoom heads with the tuna creme.
Put a piece of baking paper in a tin, place the mushrooms in it and pour grated cheese on each of the mushrooms. Bake them before serving they only need a few minutes. Enjoy! :)
