Good Morning Drink
Start your day healthy and boost your energy whilst enjoying a good shake. :)
You'll need:
- 2 bananas
- a fistful of spinach leaves
- a small singer (2 inches)
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1tsp of honey
Chop the bananas and the apple to pieces, then add all the ingredients in a mixer. Add water enough to cover the ingredients, then make a smoothie.
This fantastic shake will restore your energy and boost your immune system, to kick-start the new day. :)
