Ramsons in bloom
We just LOVE Ramsons.
This healing plant has a very positive effect on your stomach and colon system, it stops the diarrhea and the constipation, whilst it cleans your kidneys as well. It also lowers the blood pressure, it cleans the blood, plus it helps you get rid of a headache.
In the kitchen, you can use it for dips, salads, soups and it is really delicious with spinach and as a pesto sauce ingredient. It has a very strong fragrance, which it would lose whilst cooking.

Ingredients:
Chicken meat of choice (we recommend chicken breasts)
100g ramsons
100g almond flour
3tbsp coconut fat

1tsp walnut or peanut oil
300ml low fat milk
250ml low fat cream
2-3 cloves of garlic
salt, white ground pepper

Clean and wash the chicken. Hint it with salt and pepper, then roast it in the walnut oil. When they are done, cover the pan and keep the meat warm.
Start to prepare the dip with the ramsons. Wash and dry them, then chop them to small, tiny pieces. Clean the garlic and smash them with a garlic presser. Add the milk to the cream. Heat the coconut fat in a pan, then add the flour and roast it a bit. Add the chopped ramsons, stir it continuously for a minute. Slowly pour the milky mix whilst you keep stirring. Add the garlic, salt and pepper. Wait until it boils once, then it's done. Serve the meat on plates and add the dip on the same plates or serve it separately in small dip bowls. Divine!
