|Coconut Balls Cookie|
50g ground walnut
50g chopped raisins
20g coconut fat
2tbsp cocoa powder
1tbsp of soy milk or almond milk
1tbsp of birch sugar (less or more, as you prefer)
coconut to roll into.
To make it extra tasty, you can add a pinch of ginger or cinnamon and a bit of rum.
Okay. Now, take all the ingredients and mix everything together for about 10-15mins. After this, start making small orbs that are about half the size of a ping-pong ball. Roll the balls into the ground coconut and serve them. You can expect about 8-10 balls from the given ingredients.
