When your skin is tired and irritated, a good, gentle and pampering bath can help:
Fill up the bath tube with hot water about to a quarter. Add two fistful of dried chamomile flowers and one fistful of dried lemon grass. After 15 minutes, check the temperature of the bath and add cold water if needed, then soak in for 15-20 minutes relaxation.
Chamomile is a natural and very effective anti-inflammatory and antiseptic herb, lemongrass helps you to relax and completes chamomile's effectiveness.
