Quick And Easy Ice Lolly

A great recipe that you can make in minutes, plus freezing time.
It is suitable for almost every diet, it's low fat and you can consume it even if you have lactose-intolerance. Suitable for kids also and it's 100% natural! 


Your choice of fruit 

Soy cream
1 tablespoon honey
Ice (cubes or crushed)

Take the desired fruit

(we got a banana and a pear), chop it to pieces then throw it in the blender. Add the honey, the ice and soy cream (about 300ml is enough). Blend it together then pour the ice-cream into mould or if you don't have, you can use empty yogurt cups and saved ice-lolly sticks if you have, alternatively thin wooden sticks. Put them in the freezer for about 20 minutes and serve.
 The good thing is that you can serve it without freezing as a smoothie. :)
