Listen To Your Body

Sometimes it happens, that we mix up thirst and hunger. Maybe your body is sending false alerts to your brain, or you don't pay attention to what your body tells you: So when you feel the urge to have something, please stop for a moment and concentrate on your feelings: "am I really hungry?", 'cause maybe you just dried out a little bit and what you really need is a glass of fruit juice (100% pure), lemonade, tea or pure water.
Just stop for 1sec to analyze your feelings and you can save yourself from extra and unneeded calories and fat! :)
