Since it's not a good thing to have *heavy* meals 3 times per day, we suggest you to try this diet, so you can have a healthy, balanced diet and even if you're hungry by the end of the day, you wont eat up everything you find. :)
Okay, here's the plan for your diet:
Breakfast: Choose protein with veggies and fruits. For example: Omlette with paprika and tomatoes, or low-fat yoghurt with berries, or left over meat with salad, or protein bars, meat substitutes... This might seem a bit odd for you, but in a few days, you will get used to it.
Snacks: berries, dried fruits
Lunch and dinner: soups, juices or fruit soups, drinking yoghurts and basically anything thats liquid and low-fat, including ice-creams. :)
This is a short term diet, you can eat it for a week's time then take a week break. Your energy-levels will be okay and you will gain shinier and smoother skin. :)
