*Lobo is back. I loved reading his new adventure of traveling to Galápagos with Roxy, the raven and their new friend Bobby. 

Lobo and Roxy's adorable character, as they help their injured friend Bobby, to return back home, will teach the little ones to be brave, loyal and to hold on to one another. They have to face with scary things - Lobo has to overcome his fear of being eaten by sea-creatures - and he would face it, just to help their new friend to return back home. Fantastic, heart-warming and uplifting is the element about the strength of friendship and of strong character, that are wonderful things to teach your little ones.

I really enjoyed reading this beautiful story and it became one of my favourite reads of children books!

Stunning. lovely illustrations and a mesmerizing story. 

A great plus of the book (above the beautiful story of the power of friendship and the beautiful illustrations) is the map of Galápagos, at the end of the book, which was a fantastic idea to insert, as my little niece and nephew enjoyed learning it.

I love that the text is easy to read for beginner readers, so your little ones can practice reading; and since the story is really fascinating, they will not give up reading; moreover, they will be better and faster readers to find out what adventures, Lobo and his friends have.

About the Author: C.L. Murphy

While new to the children’s book writing and illustrating scene, C.L. Murphy (Cathy) has been doodling her way through life since she won a school wide poster contest in the third grade. She’s had the pleasure of working as an artist in residence, creating cartoons and painting murals with the children at local elementary schools. She adores the wonder and curiosity of young children. She feels that creating picture books is something that she was destined to do, after years of filing away so many ideas, while raising her two sons. She is a member of SCBWI. She lives amongst the wildlife in an enchanted forest in the beautiful Oregon wilderness with her husband and menagerie. She has always appreciated nature and animals have always played a major role in her life. The inspiration for the Lovable Lobo character came from a wolf that she raised for over 14 years.
