Summer Diet - Light

Summer Diet
The weather at summer is use to be too hot and you may not eat enough at daytime, but as the weather gets cooler by the night, you attack the fridge and you eat up what you can find. Well, this happens to you, then you won't be able to lose weight at Summer, moreover, chances are that you will gain a little extra weight. To avoid nighttime over-eating, you need to have a balanced diet during the day.
Since it's not a good thing to have *heavy* meals 3 times per day, we suggest you to try this diet, so you can have a healthy, balanced diet and even if you're hungry by the end of the day, you wont eat up everything you find. :)

Okay, here's the plan for your diet:

Breakfast: Choose protein with veggies and fruits. For example: Omlette with paprika and tomatoes, or low-fat yoghurt with berries, or left over meat with salad, or protein bars, meat substitutes... This might seem a bit odd for you, but in a few days, you will get used to it.

Snacks: berries, dried fruits

Lunch and dinner: soups, juices or fruit soups, drinking yoghurts and basically anything thats liquid and low-fat, including ice-creams. :)

This is a short term diet, you can eat it for a week's time then take a week break. Your energy-levels will be okay and you will gain shinier and smoother skin. :)
