Opposing to the belief that beer is not the best choice when it comes to *health*, beer has a few health benefits.
It's a great bacteria-killer and a strong "potion" against inflammation. Beer prevents kidney stones and it makes your hair shinier. Beer is full of vitamin B2 (riboflavin), which is very important to improving your immune-system. The vitamin B6 and the pantothenic acid (which is the pro vitamin of vitamin B3) improve your skin cell's metabolism.

How to benefit from beer's skincare effects?


A beer-bath is one of the best way to enjoy beer's benefits:
Mix 300ml beer with 100ml apple-vinegar, 2tbsp of milk and 1 tsp of sea-salt.
Add this mixture to the bath, sink in and enjoy! :)

Note: If you want to lose weight beer must be taken carefully, 50-100ml a day at a maximum.
