Belly Dance

What a joyous way of relaxation on music, exercising and having fun!

If you ever wondered what kind of exercise should you pick, that is able to move all muscles and it's not one of those *boring* exercises like sit-ups, jumping-running kind of cardio training session, yet it's very effective, healthy and joyful, then belly dance is for you!

Maybe you didn't know, but belly dancing is actually a very good way to tone your body, lose a couple of inches and get into a great shape both physically and spiritually!

Doing the belly dance will also be a great way to boost your self-esteem, to make your movement much smoother, more fluent and lightsome. This will also ensure you to get some appreciative looks!
