A Summertime Recipe - Inside or Outside on the grill

Meat - Skewers

Make some delicious skewers that is full of nourishing nutrients and too tasty to not eat them :D

What you need:

  • Paprika (Pepper)
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Spring onions or red onions
  • Raddish
  • Sausage/ham/beef OR mushroom/eggplant/tofu
  • Cheese cubes/low fat

Slice the veggies/meat/tofu in cubes or any shape you prefer. Pull them onto the skewers in any order you wish and grill them. :)
When they're done, you can serve them on a plate of salad-spinach leaves. Enjoy!
