Tofu and Mushroom Recipe
Tofu and Mushroom in Soy Sauce
Ingredients:
300g tofu
400g champignon (mushroom)
1 bell pepper (your choice of color)
1 small onion
1 carrot
50ml soy sauce
3tbsp of oil (olive, nut or walnut oil)
100-150g vegetable mix (wok-mix or anything you already have or wish to pick, like broccoli, cabbage or peas and it can be frozen too)
Prepare:
Heat the oil, add the chopped tofu and fry it for 2-3 minutes.
After this, add the sliced (or chopped) and cleaned mushrooms, the sliced pepper and onions and the grated carrots. Add the vegetable mix now as well.
Pour the soy sauce on it and stew it for 10-15 minutes. No added salt needed.
Serve and enjoy! :)
