Yummy Chicken Breasts

Yummy Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts
Pineapple
Pinch of salt
Black ground pepper
Thyme

Wash and clean the chicken breasts (remove the skin and bones if need be), peel the pineapple and wash it as well. Make a "hole" into the meat and fill it with pineapple flesh (if you bought canned, then be sure to wash it properly). Pour the meat with salt, pepper and thyme and leave it resting in the fridge for 1-3 hours. When the
time is up, take it out from the fridge and put the meat into an "oven bag", or if you don't have any, then cover the meat into a bigger piece of silicon baking paper, or aluminium-foil. Make sure that it's covered and "packed" properly so it will have a chance to get cooked a little bit at first, and the spices, aromas and flavours can merge. Put the meat into the oven and leave it "stew" for 30mins. After that, unpack the meat as it has some "liquid gravy" just keep it in the tin, then put it back into the oven for another 15-30mins - depends on how well done you like it.
Serve it with vegetable puree! Enjoy. :)
