Home Made Shower Gel

Would you like to make your very own shower gel, at home?

Well, here is a simple recipe:

500g natural -bio- soap (uncoloured, unfragranced)
1tbsp almond oil (flower, fruit or anything)
8-10 drops of your favourite essence oil (100% pure)
200ml warm-hot water
2tsp of sodium bicarbonate

Take the soap and grate it on the small-holed side of your grater, or you can mince it if you have an old fashioned, hand-driven mincer. Pour the soap into the water and stir it well. Now add the essence oil, the almond oil and the sodium bicarbonate too. Don't worry as it starts to froth, it will disappear and gets back to its normal look in a few minutes. When it cools down, pour your shower gel into a lovely jar and close it.

Note: You may add up to 3 types of essence oils as you prefer. :)
