Quick Tips On Low Fat Meals

Summer is just about to *hit* us. If you still have some unwanted fat-pillows attached to your body and you know you would feel uncomfortable in a bikini, then you should try to stick to a high protein diet and include lots of fruits, and veggies in the diet. Make sure that the chosen nutrition will not make you bloat. Also, to boost your kidneys and liver (to spin up the metabolism and do a good detox), you will need a minimum of 2.5-3 liters of fluid intake.

Low fat goodies:

White Meat, Tofu, Lean Meat, Fish and Sea-Goodies.

From vegetables, go for: anything that isn't legume. Eat lots and lots of salads, but be very stingy with the dressings! When possible, make the salads at home, from ingredients, that you personally chose and know.

Fruits: The higher the
water-level, the better. Water-melon, orange, strawberries, lime and lemon as well as the pineapples are a big helper in your diet: they cost more calorie-usage to digest them so they are "fat burners". Be careful with apples if you're disposed to bloating.

Red Salad:

1 apple
1 beet
1 lemon or lime juice and zest

Peel the beet and the apple, then grate them to slices. Grate the peel of the lemon as well then squeeze out its juice and pour it on top of the ground apple-beet, add the zest, then mix everything well. Note: you can enrich it with sunflower-seeds.
