Meditate A Little


When you're out of time, stressed out and want to find some calmness, serene moments in the chaotic day, you can find relief in Nature.
If you're at work, or just can't go out for any reason, sit down in a calm corner, close your eyes and imagine yourself outside in a beautiful-magical environment. Imagine that you really are there, surrounded by wilderness and sense-caressing fragrances. 
Calm your breath, have a look around in your imaginary and just feel that you're getting calmer and happier. ♥
