SkinCare: Refreshing

Mint and Chamomile wash:
You're gonna need 3 tablespoons of chopped mint leaves and 3 tablespoons of dried chamomile flowers. Add these to a liter of water and make a 'tea' by boiling the herbs for 15mins. Filter the herbs and let the infusion cool down, then put the 'tea' into the fridge. When it's cool enough, apply the infusion throughout your skin, using cotton pads. 
Chamomile is a very strong anti-inflammatory and anti-septic herb. It helps soothe and calm your skin, vanish the red-stains of irritations whilst it also kills the bad bacteria.
Mint has a wonderful refreshing effect, whilst it helps you vanish the dark circles from under your eyes. It is also great against an oily skin.
Start your day using this wash throughout your body, after shower and you'll have energy for the day! :)
