Gluten-free Diet


What is the gluten-free diet and should You go gluten-free?

In short: Yes, you should. 

Eating bakery products and gluten-containing products can be so enjoyable, 'cause we all like their good taste. But, unfortunately, they are not okay for our health.
Why?
Well, first of all, let's see what gluten is:
Gluten is a protein composite found in food processed from wheat and other related grain species, like barley or rye. Gluten gives elasticity to doughs and helps it to rise and keeps its shape, it gives a chewy texture to the final product.
