Tea made with honey and cinammon taken regualarly slows down the effects of aging. It is good for keeping skin fresh and soft. Drinking the mixture prevents fat accumulating in the body. Regular daily use of honey and cinnamon powder strengthens the immune system and protects the body from bacterial and viral attacks. Scientists have found that honey has various vitamins and iron in large amounts. Constant use of Honey strengthens the white blood corpuscles (where DNA is contained) to fight bacterial and viral diseases. It can also help for weight loss and to help against:

Ingredients:
4 tbsp natural (runny or thick) or raw honey
2 tbsp cinnamon powder
4 cups of water
Makes 4 cups of tea
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients into a pan.
2. Bring all the ingredients to a boil, then simmer the heat and stir to make sure all the ingredients have dissolved.
3. Drink 1 to 4 cups a day.
4. Enjoy good health with your activities and daily diet.
5. Tip: Add lemon if you have a cold for an added boost.
