Cucumber - Chilli Salad
It's salad time!
Every day is a good day to eat salads - you can tick "eat veggies" on your To-Do List! :)
For now, let's make a spicy and delicious salad that will make your taste buds dance!
Ingredients:
Salad:
1 large cucumber (sliced or chopped)
canned sweetcorn (400g)
2 chilli peppers
1 big red onion
2 tomatoes (chopped)
salt
a couple of mint leaves (copped)
Dressing:
2 tbsp of sunflower seeds oils
pepper
1 tsp of oyster sauce
1 tsp of sugar
1 lime's juice
The first thing you want t do, is to prepare the dressing, so put all the ingredients into a small bowl, mix it well then put it in the fridge.
Now, you can mix the salad's ingredients in a bowl and let it settle for 15-20 minutes. Then take the dressing out of the fridge to pour it onto the salad and mix it all together one more time. Within only 5 minutes, you can serve and enjoy a spicy and fresh salad.
Careful though, you might get addicted! ;) lol.
