Cucumber - Chilli Salad
It's salad time!
Every day is a good day to eat salads - you can tick "eat veggies" on your To-Do List! :)
For now, let's make a spicy and delicious salad that will make your taste buds dance!
Ingredients:
Salad:
1 large cucumber (sliced or chopped)
canned sweetcorn (400g)
2 chilli peppers
1 big red onion
2 tomatoes (chopped)
salt
a couple of mint leaves (copped)
Dressing:
2 tbsp of sunflower seeds oils

Apple - Cabbage Salad Recipe

We're going to share our version, which is the following:
1 middle-sized cabbage (red or white)
2 red onions
3 apples
2 carrots
salt
ground pepper
2 tablespoon of low fat or vegan yogurt
1 teaspoon of mustard (pick wasabi if you're brave enough)

Quick Tips On Low Fat Meals

Summer is just about to *hit* us. If you still have some unwanted fat-pillows attached to your body and you know you would feel uncomfortable in a bikini, then you should try to stick to a high protein diet and include lots of fruits, and veggies in the diet. Make sure that the chosen nutrition will not make you bloat. Also, to boost your kidneys and liver (to spin up the metabolism and do a good detox), you will need a minimum of 2.5-3 liters of fluid intake.
Low fat goodies:
White Meat, Tofu, Lean Meat, Fish and Sea-Goodies.
From vegetables, go for: anything that isn't legume. Eat lots and lots of salads, but be very stingy with the dressings! When possible, make the salads at home, from ingredients, that you personally chose and know.
