Diet with the Moon
The contact between the Moon's phases and your diet is essential:

Full Moon:
At full Moon, everything has a double effect - the healthy and detoxing foods as well as the drugs, alcohol and the calories, unfortunately. On this day you have to pay extra attention to your health. Ideal day to start your diet.

Waning Gibbous and Waning Crescent:
In the phase of the Moon's last quarter, the waning begins, not only for the Moon, but also for you. Eat light foods, avoid white flour products, sweets, fats, salt and sugar. Don't eat after 4:30pm but drink as much herbal-teas, juices (100%), and mineral water as you wish. After this 14 days period, you will notice weight-loss on your clothes and also on your
scale. :)

New Moon:
The day when the Moon is covered in the shadow of Earth is the day, when your body is particularly susceptible to detoxifications. On this day, we suggest you to have a fruits/veggies only day.

Waxing Crescent and Waxing Gibbous:
The time of the waxing Moon is the time, when your appetite will grow, and your body will switch to "store" fats. Eat only light foods, small portions 5 times a day - to keep you safe from over-eating, and to speed up your metabolism, so your bodyweight can stagnate instead of growing. Drink lots of herbal teas, juices, mineral water and don't eat after 4pm.

(please, before starting a diet, always consult your doctor)
