|Lose Weight With Mint|
Infuse (brew) 1-2 fistful of mint leaves. Strain them, then put them onto your tummy/thighs then wrap them with cling film. Have a rest in the wrap for 20-30mins, then go and have a shower, where you can change the temperature of the water from warm to cool, then repeat it.
Repeat this procedure for 2-3 times a week and you will see results in 2-3 weeks time! :)
Tip: If you don't have mint, you can buy an Ice-Gel for athletes in any sports shop, pharmacy or herbal stores. If you use the gel, you have to leave the cling film and just grab a bath robe. After 20-30 mins you can have a shower.
