Kiwi diet

Kiwi originated from China. This fruit has high levels of fibers, fruit acids and vitamin-C. It balances your diet whilst it helps you to get rid of a few pounds too.
It clears your colon-system, stops the constipation, whilst it also speeds up your metabolism.
The potassium in kiwi fruit helps you to re-hydrate your body-system which helps you to shrink cellulite and tummyfat, for example. :)
