Ice Lolly

Paleo dessert
This yummy ice lolly perfectly fits in Paleo Diet, but it also is a perfect sweets for anytime. You can make it with -or without sugar and it's made of 100% natural ingredients!

What you'll need:
400ml water
2tbsp of birch sugar
lemon juice (optional)
3-4 pieces of strawberries

Heat the water (but don't boil it) and add the birch sugar and melt it. When it's melted, wait until the syrup cools down then pour it in a robot mixer. Add a few drops
of lemon juice, add the strawberries and mix it all together until you get a runny and homogeneous cream.
Pour the cream in silicon ice-cream moulds and then put the lollies in the freezer.
You can serve them in about an hour. :) Enjoy!

Tip:
If you don't have a silicon ice-cream mould or you don't wanna spend on it, you can collect the empty yoghurt cups and ice-lolly sticks instead of throwing them away (you can wash them with antibacterial soap).  If you follow the *strict* paleo diet, you can leave the sugar and just substitute the strawberries with dried strawberries to supplement the sweetness and you can use any dried fruits. :)
