There is no better way to take care of your skin than giving it the needed and essential nutritions and vitamins. Why would you waste money on unnatural body lotions that contains ingredients, that you don't know, artificial colourings and essential oils, when you can make your very own 100% natural body lotion quickly and easily, at home. You can use your favourite fragrance for it.
Okay, so let's see some of our favourite recipes:
Yogurt-base body lotion:
*150ml yogurt
*1tbsp honey
*1tbsp
coconut oil
*1tbsp coconut fat
Mix the ingredients and apply it on your skin, throughout your body. This mixture will last for 2 days maximum, in your fridge.
Oils-base body lotion:
1tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
1tbsp grape seed oil
1tsp coconut fat
1tsp cocoa butter
Put the olive oil into a small jar then heat it in the oven (or in the microwave), then add the butter and fat to melt and merge. After this, you can add the grape seed oil. Keep stirring frequently until it cools down, then either apply it on your skin, or store it in your fridge. Make sure you use it up within a week.
Blueberry - Natural Food Colouring |
1tbsp shea butter
1tbsp cocoa butter
1tbsp beeswax
1tbsp coconut oil
Mix the ingredients and apply it on your skin, throughout your body. This mixture will be a bit heavier and thicker than the previous one, it will be ideal for sore skin.
Fragrances: Always pick natural, 100% pure essential oils.
