Tip #3 - water


A simple trick to get thinner in a few short weeks without dieting, not even making an effort on dieting. ;)
The trick is very simple, really inexpensive and very effective: 
All you have to do is to drink a glass of water (250ml) in every hour that you're awake, or from 8am to 10pm. That's it! :) The water speeds up the metabolism, takes hunger away and lets you lose weight easily, whilst cleaning your body inside and outside! :)
