Summer Diet
During the diet you have to consume lots of vegetables, fruits, fish, lots of salad, spinach and rucola leaves mixed with veggies with some olives, gluten-free pasta with veggie-dip, spices, minimal fats and sugar!
You can eat meat once a week but red meat can only be eaten once a month. You're free to eat a fistful of nuts, a small piece of low-fat cheese, dairy and potato daily (as you wish).

Tip #3 - water
A simple trick to get thinner in a few short weeks without dieting, not even making an effort on dieting. ;)
The trick is very simple, really inexpensive and very effective:
All you have to do is to drink a glass of water (250ml) in every hour that you're awake, or from 8am to 10pm. That's it! :) The water speeds up the metabolism, takes hunger away and lets you lose weight easily, whilst cleaning your body inside and outside! :)

TIP #2 - lose weight without dieting

Well this tip is really easy to keep and very simple:
You can lose a few pounds in 2 short weeks by leaving the sugars, the soda drinks, junkfoods, deep fried meals and other foods that contains unnecessary ingredients, such as food colourings, E-numbers, fat above 20% and too much salt.

Note: you can do it on long-term too, to gain better health by leaving these foods out of your life (please consult a doctor about this).
