Summer Diet


During the diet you have to consume lots of vegetables, fruits, fish, lots of salad, spinach and rucola leaves mixed with veggies with some olives, gluten-free pasta with veggie-dip, spices, minimal fats and sugar!
You can eat meat once a week but red meat can only be eaten once a month. You're free to eat a fistful of nuts, a small piece of low-fat cheese, dairy and potato daily (as you wish).

Please note that you have to drink 8-12 glass of water a day (2.5 litres but in hot summer it might be 3.5 litres or more as you wish to). You can have a glass of
red wine as well.

One dose of pasta is about half a cup or 50g yet if you wanna make a pasta-salad, you should half this quantity.






It is a long-term diet. Please always consult with your doc first.
Expected weightloss is between 3-5lbs per week.
